It will enable the Design and development of a Technological and Information Platform (The Platform), for the creation of physical and virtual environments of audiovisual, multimedia and applied graphic resources; as the basis of distance teaching activity, scientific research and productive sectors that can make efficient and rational use of it in Cuba.
